Product details

Composition: J506Fe-1 contains iron (Fe) powder and features a low-hydrogen potassium coating. The addition of iron powder can enhance the mechanical properties of the deposited metal.

Welding Positions: This electrode is suitable for welding work in all positions, including horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions. It offers versatility and flexibility, allowing for efficient welding in various orientations.

AC/DC Compatibility: J506Fe-1 can be used with both alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) power sources. This makes it adaptable to different welding setups and equipment, providing convenience and ease of use.

Welding Performance: The electrode demonstrates good welding performance overall. It produces a smooth arc, which aids in precise control and manipulation of the weld pool. A smooth arc contributes to better weld quality
